How are your VFF KSO's (that's a mouthful!) going? I'm aiming for the Classic's myself but the Sprint and KSO's seem so popular!

I love them although I need to throw them in the wash.  Getting a little stinky.  The Classics and Sprints look awesome, especially for everyday use, and I read they are a little easier to put on.  I want to use mine for trail running so the KSO’s seem like the best choice to keep dirt and rocks out.

After reading his post I’m slightly worried that the “hot spot” I’ve been feeling on my left heel for the past week might be from glue residue on the inside of my VFFs.  Or it’s possible I stepped on something during one of my runs.  Time will tell I’m sure.
