Week of April 19:
- Monday - 5.5 miles in shoes on treadmill in hotel gym. Boring.
- Thursday - 4.1 miles at track (0.75 mile warm-up barefoot and 8 x 400m repeats in shoes)
- Sunday - 5k race! (time of 21:16)
This was a taper week in preparation for 5k.
